Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Accurately take orders at the counter or by using table service.
• Help ensure each customer has a positive and memorable experience.
• Serve food and drinks courteously and check that guests are satisfied.
• Support seating arrangements and keep the dining area tidy and well organised.
• Process payments carefully and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Work closely with kitchen colleagues and other team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions or concerns.

Requirements

• A cheerful, service-focused attitude.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Comfort working as part of a team and contributing to a positive workplace.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks in a busy environment.
• Availability for different shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential; a willingness to learn matters most.
