B2B Sales Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Air Conditioning Projects)

Role overview

LG Electronics Singapore is seeking a commercially focused and hands-on B2B sales professional to handle project-led air conditioning sales. The role centers on working with contractors, consultants, and dealers to convert opportunities into projects and strengthen LG’s market reach.

Core responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for air conditioning projects.
• Maintain regular follow-up with contractors from the quotation stage through to sales closure.
• Build and manage relationships with key aircon contractors to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Work with retail buyers and shop managers on a case-by-case basis.
• Manage accounts receivable prudently within the stated credit limits and payment terms.
• Engage main contractors to improve the chances of LG brand inclusion across projects.

Inventory planning

• Participate in weekly PSI meetings to review and forecast equipment requirements for confirmed projects.
• Use quotation trends to anticipate stock needs for A&A projects.

Dealer engagement and seminars

• Run NPI sessions for both new and existing dealers so LG remains a preferred brand for project submissions.

Profile and experience

• A diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the B2B sector.
