Service Parts Coordinator (Inventory & Distribution) – Contract

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous Service Parts Coordinator to support our inventory and distribution functions on a one-year contract basis. This vital role ensures that parts are available and that service operations run efficiently for our technicians and customers.

Key Duties

• Handle daily inventory operations including recording goods receipt, moving stock, managing rentals and pickings, and adjusting stock levels as needed.
• Perform routine cycle counts and comprehensive stock audits to maintain precise inventory records.
• Track inventory items that are slow-selling, outdated, or excessive and propose solutions to the Parts Manager to address these issues.
• Guarantee prompt delivery of parts to service technicians, dealers, and customers to facilitate repair work.
• Collaborate closely with service teams to ensure sufficient parts are on hand for maintenance and repairs.
• Keep meticulous logs of inventory and distribution activities using the NERP/WMS system.
• Monitor urgent and backordered part requests and follow up to expedite fulfillment.
• Support counter sales of parts during lunch hour periods.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or relevant fields.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or parts handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
