About the Role

This role is on behalf of a partner organization seeking an experienced B2B Go-To-Market (GTM) and Growth Marketer with an AI-first approach based in Australia. The successful candidate will strategize and implement go-to-market initiatives specifically for SMB clients using innovative AI-driven methods. The position involves close collaboration with executive leadership to craft market strategies, establish qualified sales pipelines, and construct repeatable growth frameworks that accelerate company expansion.

This hands-on role requires leading outbound marketing strategies, fostering partnerships, cultivating personal branding, and deploying AI-enabled automation to effectively engage key decision-makers and develop scalable acquisition channels. The role offers significant ownership in shaping product positioning, messaging, and advancing growth projects while building novel GTM processes from scratch, thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive B2B and SMB-focused GTM plans, guiding efforts from market positioning through to customer acquisition.
  • Identify and segment target customers, develop ideal customer profiles, and tailor messaging to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Generate a qualified sales pipeline via outbound campaigns, strategic collaborations, industry workshops, events, and networking forums.
  • Manage executive branding initiatives including thought leadership activities, speaking engagements, and strategic content creation.
  • Develop scalable, AI-powered workflows to automate marketing outreach, lead generation, and operational processes.
  • Create, document, and improve GTM playbooks for consistent adoption and scaling throughout the organization.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize growth-related projects, analyze performance metrics, and optimize conversion strategies.
  • Track and evaluate critical pipeline and growth indicators to maintain steady business development outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Significant entrepreneurial experience in B2B growth marketing targeting SMB segments with proven track record.
  • Familiarity with complex B2B sales processes involving contracts valued around €24,000 or greater.
  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys, demand generation, and pipeline progression.
  • Successful background in developing and executing outbound strategies, partnership initiatives, and executive brand positioning.
  • Strong AI-first perspective with practical experience in AI tools, automation technologies, or agentic workflows for scaling marketing and sales activities.
  • Outstanding strategic planning abilities coupled with operational execution and discipline.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, notably in supporting executive or founder branding efforts.
  • Independent worker who is adept at prioritization in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.
  • Collaborative attitude with a focus on results and continuous growth.
