Job Summary
The Auxiliar de Ocorrências plays a crucial role in supporting operational routines to ensure organized processes, manage demand follow-ups, and maintain up-to-date information for ongoing analyses. This role aids the team by handling control tasks, client communications, and document management to enhance the efficiency of workflows and the reliability of the information used in issue management.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and track demand progress using ClickUp system.
- Arrange and maintain documents, evidence, and records related to the department's protocols.
- Keep internal controls and service histories current and accurate.
- Request, monitor, and verify receipt of necessary documentation for analyses.
- Support procedures related to profile re-verification and contractual regularizations.
- Monitor contracts under retention, controlling stages and deadlines.
- Engage with clients through emails and service platforms, collecting documents, clarifying doubts, and tracking process statuses.
- Consolidate data and evidence to assist analytical tasks of the team.
- Assist with audit activities, data verification, and organizational upkeep of internal processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, maintain organizational standards, and meet deadlines set by the department.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.
