Job description
Overview
This role involves working broadly across human resources functions to ensure efficient HR subsystems, delivering excellent employee experiences, supporting leadership in people management, and reinforcing the company's organizational culture and performance.
Working Hours
- 44 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes from job alignment through employee onboarding.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assist leaders in hiring decisions.
- Develop and oversee onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure positive employee experiences.
- Create and update HR policies, procedures, playbooks, and internal processes.
- Support the design and execution of training and development initiatives, including learning paths and skill-building activities.
- Lead performance evaluation cycles, deliver feedback, manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and track employee progress.
- Assist leaders with people management, including coaching on leadership best practices, team development, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and implement internal marketing activities, communications, employee recognition, and culture-building efforts.
- Coordinate organizational climate surveys, eNPS measurements, and engagement indicators, and develop action plans accordingly.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, average hiring time, retention, performance, and training KPIs.
- Contribute to remuneration, job grading, organizational structure, and internal transfer processes.
- Collaborate with Payroll Department to ensure accurate execution of admissions, terminations, leave, benefits, attendance, and labor routines.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, internal policies, and sound people management principles.
- Participate in strategic HR projects focused on organizational growth, culture, performance, and employee experience.
- Manage HR tools and systems, keeping data and indicators current.
- Prepare management reports and presentations to aid leadership decision-making.
