Role overview

As an Automotive Parts Interpreter, you will be the initial contact for customers while interpreting parts, handling orders, and arranging the dispatch of products and parts. The position supports trade, industrial, wholesale, and mining customers with accurate technical parts guidance and practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret automotive parts accurately for customers
  • Process customer orders and coordinate timely dispatch of products and parts
  • Recommend specials and help arrange buy-ins
  • Handle customer credits efficiently
  • Serve as the main contact for customers in person and by phone
  • Use sales techniques to support customer needs and solve problems effectively
  • Help maintain a strong safety culture in the workplace

Working conditions

The role involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, and climbing. Safety awareness is expected at all times.
