Responsibilities

• Interpret automotive parts to assist customers effectively
• Handle customer orders systematically and ensure smooth processing
• Manage prompt dispatch of products and parts with accuracy
• Promote special offers to customers proactively
• Organize purchase arrangements as needed
• Process customer credits and resolve related queries
• Serve as the primary contact point for customers both in person and via telephone
• Maintain a safety-first work culture to ensure a secure environment for all
• Engage in physical tasks such as receiving, dispatching, and organizing stock, requiring lifting, bending, and climbing
