Automotive Detailer - Full Time - Winnipeg Airport

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is inviting applications for a Full-Time Automotive Detailer position located at 999 KING EDWARD ST 7, WINNIPEG, MB R3H 0R1. This role offers an hourly wage of 17.20 CAD and requires dedication to maintaining superior cleanliness standards across a variety of vehicles including cars, vans, and trucks. Operating within the National Car Rental brand, you will contribute to delivering a safe and immaculate rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and vacuuming of vehicle interiors following industry practices.
• Wash and dry external surfaces of vehicles, managing diverse sizes and types.
• Inspect fuel levels and dashboard warning indicators; examine windshields for damage; reset vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; ensure no valuables are left inside; confirm valid registration and license plate match.
• Check and replenish fluid levels; assess tire condition including pressure and tread depth; inspect exteriors for damages.
• Fuel the vehicles and arrange staging for rentals.
• Identify any safety hazards or mechanical issues, report concerns, and remove unsafe vehicles from service.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work environment, promptly reporting hazards.
• Utilize equipment such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and unpleasant odors.
• Assist customers when necessary, including providing transportation to and from branch locations.
• Support upkeep of the branch's interior and exterior appearance, addressing surfaces like desktops, phones, floors, bathrooms, and the vehicle lot.

• Carry out other assigned tasks related to the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid Manitoba Class 5I or Class 5 Full driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship requirements now or in the future.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds to assist customers.
• Availability to work Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, except for religious observations.
