Overview
Enterprise Mobility Canada Inc., through National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car, is hiring a Return Agent at Abbotsford Airport. This role is focused on delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate service throughout the vehicle return process. Work Schedule
Shifts are planned around branch operating hours and total 40 hours per week. Operating hours listed for this branch are:
- Sunday: 7:30 am to 12:30 am
- Tuesday: 7:30 am to 12:30 am
- Wednesday: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Thursday: 7:30 am to 12:30 am
- Friday: 7:30 am to 12:30 am
- Saturday: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Guide customers smoothly through the rental return process.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues in a professional manner.
- Check vehicles when they are returned and record key details such as mileage, fuel level, and any damage.
- Review rental charges with customers and issue accurate receipts.
- Help keep the vehicle lot organized so traffic flows efficiently and vehicles remain accessible.
- Support other service tasks as needed to maintain a high customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with vendors and members of the public.
- Protect company property and assets.
- Keep the work area tidy, safe, and orderly, and report unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to the lead agent or manager.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must hold a valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past 5 years, including DUI/DWI.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada without requiring current or future sponsorship.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the branch’s operating hours.
