Job description

Job Summary

This position calls for a meticulous and forward-looking audit professional to reinforce internal audit controls and anti-fraud activities. The role centers on uncovering potential fraud, carrying out investigations, executing audit programs, and making sure company policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders and external contacts to encourage openness, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day anti-fraud audits, support market research, and investigate whistle-blower complaints.
  • Review customer reconciliations, conduct market checks, and compile research summaries.
  • Match supplier accounts, complete market investigations, and record all findings clearly.
  • Perform routine daily and monthly inventory verification.
  • Check the correctness and legitimacy of costs, including advertising and transport-related spending.
  • Design and coordinate regular training sessions on anti-fraud awareness and integrity for employees.
  • Assist the Audit Manager in delivering audit plans and maintaining strong project quality.
  • Work with internal departments, employees, customers, dealers, and suppliers to support audits and investigations.
  • Share audit observations promptly and ensure reports are properly documented and archived.
  • Handle additional duties assigned by the Audit Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

A Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a closely related discipline is required. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in internal audit or anti-fraud work. Professional certifications such as Certified Anti-Fraud Professional (CAP) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be considered an advantage.
