About the Opportunity
Join Specsavers as an Audiology Joint Venture Partner in Gisborne and take charge of your own audiology practice while benefitting from the support of an established company. This role involves managing your own business with assistance from dedicated teams in finance, IT, marketing, recruitment, and payroll, enabling you to concentrate on providing excellent audiology care and business growth.
Specsavers Gisborne, operating since June 2022, is a reputable audiology practice supported by a collaborative environment with optics and retail partners as well as a committed retail team to aid audiology clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audiology services within the community while ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Oversee the commercial success of your practice with a focus on business development and profitability.
- Collaborate with the retail team and Optics Partners to create a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- Full membership or eligibility for membership with the New Zealand Audiological Society (NZAS).
- At least two years of clinical experience after completion of Clinical Competency Certificates (CCCs).
- Proficiency in administration and managing appointment schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Leadership ability to drive business outcomes collaboratively.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, transparent pricing, and delivering value-focused audiology care.
