Role Overview
This full-time, permanent position located at Palms Lifecare in Auckland involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Palms Lifecare is a modern facility featuring a 118-bed Care Home and Hospital along with a 36-unit Village in Pukekohe. The Village Customer Specialist will assist the Care Home and Village Manager in managing the village operations, primarily focusing on the sale of Village Units, Apartments, and Care Suites. The role demands strong organizational skills, a welcoming attitude, and excellent interpersonal abilities to maintain a vibrant community and assist prospective residents in joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Care Home and Village Manager in daily village operations.
- Manage sales activities related to Village Units, Apartments, and Care Suites.
- Promote and maintain a lively and engaging village atmosphere.
- Engage positively with current residents to provide support and foster community spirit.
- Collaborate with prospective residents and assist them through the relocation or joining process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations.
- Demonstrated success in sales with a history of exceeding set KPIs.
- Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
