Role Overview
The Kids Club Attendant is tasked with ensuring a secure, enjoyable, and inviting atmosphere for children engaged in Kids Club activities. Responsibilities include supervising children, facilitating age-suitable recreational and educational events, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing outstanding service to children and their guardians.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; credentials in childcare, education, recreation, or hospitality are beneficial.
- Prior experience interacting with children in settings such as hotels, resorts, childcare centers, schools, or recreational facilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A friendly, energetic, patient, and dependable character.
- Certification in basic first aid and CPR is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
