Role Summary
This position is responsible for managing daily accounting operations and tasks. The incumbent must ensure the accurate and prompt submission of financial data to the (Assistant) Financial Controller, manage all hotel cash deposits and transactions, enforce stringent cash handling controls, and report any inconsistencies directly to the (Assistant) Financial Controller. This role follows the accounting and financial standards set by shared services units and complies with ECOMAN policies, shared services, and corporate guidelines, all under the Financial Controller's supervision and functional guidance.
Candidate Profile
- Holds an advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in roles like Finance Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator, or General Cashier.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, relevant laws, and industry best practices.
- Solid auditing knowledge.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and financial management software applications.
- Analytical thinker with strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent in organizing and leading teams.
