Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, proactively following up on unpaid receivables.
• Coordinate with client invoice approvers and accounts payable departments to ensure payments occur on schedule.
• Monitor payment plans and escalate issues related to delays or non-compliance both internally and externally.
• Investigate root causes for payment delays, including internal inefficiencies and client approval delays.
• Document and manage invoice disputes, support resolution processes, and provide recommendations for long-term process improvements.
• Keep detailed records of client billing and payment processes to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Track invoice distribution, produce client statements and payment requests, and assist with the allocation and reconciliation of payments in collaboration with finance and client teams.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of collection procedures to enhance working capital effectiveness throughout the organization.

• Background in finance or client-focused roles within professional services or multinational corporations.
• Awareness of government invoicing and payment procedures across GCC countries.
• Confidence in collaborating with cross-functional units and recommending process enhancements.
• Experience participating in system implementations or financial operations transformations.
• Engagement with continuous improvement projects concentrating on operational efficiency.
