Role Overview

The Kids Club Manager is tasked with managing the daily functions of the Kids Club, providing a safe, stimulating, and enriching environment tailored for children. The role involves organizing and implementing age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertaining activities while upholding strict standards of child safety, hygiene, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The manager will oversee the Kids Club team, coordinate schedules and programs, maintain compliance with health and safety policies, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable family-oriented experiences that elevate the hotel’s overall guest services.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Education, Childcare, Early Childhood Development, or related disciplines (preferred).
• Has 2 to 4 years of experience in Kids Club management, recreation, childcare, family entertainment, or similar roles within hospitality, leisure, resort, or recreational settings.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams is an advantage.
• Holds certifications in First Aid, CPR, or child safeguarding (beneficial).
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of child safety, activity program planning, guest service excellence, and operations in recreational settings.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Displays a friendly, energetic, creative, and accessible character with a sincere enthusiasm for working with children.
• Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective engagement with children, parents, guests, and colleagues.
• Highly organized with proficient planning and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, patient, attentive, and safety-focused demeanor.
• Flexible availability to work during weekends, holidays, and peak busy periods.
