Overview
The Associate Director of Hospitality Asset Strategy at Qiddiya Investment Company will be instrumental in formulating and implementing hospitality strategies for Qiddiya City, envisioned as a premier leisure and entertainment destination worldwide. This role demands profound expertise in hospitality management combined with strategic planning skills to guide the development of premium hospitality assets aligned with Qiddiya's overall vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop hospitality growth strategies encompassing brand positioning and asset optimization alongside senior team members.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination among development, design, finance, and operations teams to ensure consistent alignment with project goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to synchronize hospitality strategies with the organization's broader objectives.
- Contribute to business case development, preparation of briefing materials, and presentation creation for internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor and analyze hotel portfolio and project performance through detailed review of performance data.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff on strategic assessments, market research, benchmarking, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Produce strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for executive-level decision-making.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key operators, investors, and strategic partners, effectively communicating strategic objectives and commercial frameworks.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive progress of project milestones, deliverables, and offer support as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
