Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at JD Sports, your core responsibility will be to champion a customer-centric approach that ensures every in-store interaction exceeds expectations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to inspire, lead, and coach your team toward outstanding performance and exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily store operations, achieving financial objectives, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. In the Store Manager's absence, you will be the primary leader, ensuring smooth store functioning and continued high service levels.
