About the Role
HOKA is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for its Harbour Town store in Adelaide Airport, South Australia. This full-time position works 38 hours weekly from Sunday to Thursday, perfect for someone motivated to excel in a busy retail setting. The role supports the Store Manager in meeting sales objectives and key performance indicators through efficient store operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily store operations ensuring brand standards and sales targets are met.
- Lead floor activities by exemplifying excellent customer service and embodying HOKA’s brand values.
- Enhance sales and team performance by providing coaching and regular feedback.
- Assist with staff rostering and payroll management compliant with business and legal requirements.
- Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Develop team capabilities to support growth and succession planning.
- Promote a positive and inclusive store culture to boost morale and engagement.
- Support in-store events and local community initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Team Leader in a dynamic retail environment.
