Role Overview

We are inviting expressions of interest for part-time Sales Assistants at various New Zealand stores, including Queenstown. This role suits individuals who are motivated by community engagement and passionate about inspiring others to stay active. You will offer outstanding customer service, assist in store operations, and promote HOKA’s high-performance products to help customers confidently achieve their movement goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service by understanding customers' individual movement goals and recommending suitable footwear and apparel.
• Educate customers about HOKA’s technologies, innovations, and product benefits.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Support stock management including receiving, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Process online orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain exceptional store appearance consistent with HOKA’s brand standards.
• Contribute energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for movement during each shift.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• A genuine passion for running, fitness, walking, or outdoor activities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
