Role Summary
The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver exemplary customer service while managing daily store operations. This position requires leadership to inspire and guide the team towards achieving financial targets and maintaining the highest standards in visual merchandising. The role is rostered Sunday through Thursday, with variable shift times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to prioritize exceptional customer experiences, building brand loyalty.
- Assist in managing store performance, including meeting financial budgets and sales targets through insightful data analysis.
- Oversee operational tasks, prioritizing activities to maximize return on investment.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by recruiting, coaching, and recognizing team members to encourage high performance.
- Serve as the primary contact for the store team during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring consistent service standards.
