Role Overview

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser is integral to creating visually compelling merchandise displays that enhance the shopping environment and boost profitability. This position operates Monday through Friday with varied shifts, focusing on maintaining the brand’s visual standards and inspiring the team to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative in-store displays, including window and mannequin setups aligned with the brand’s aesthetics and customer demographics.
• Interpret sales and merchandising data to optimize store layout and product presentation.
• Collaborate with store management to uphold visual excellence across departments.
• Coach and motivate store staff on company visual merchandising standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills
