Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital member of the Food & Beverage team delivering superior quality and guest service.
• Assist Food Servers to ensure a refined and enjoyable dining experience aligned with Four Seasons' standards of excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Efficiently clear and reset tables following precise specifications with neatness and speed.
• Work during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Possess broad food knowledge with strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet Four Seasons' standards by performing side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiments, and tidying tables discreetly.
• Exhibit an outgoing personality along with a proactive, can-do attitude toward all assigned duties.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Educational credentials include a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
