About the Role

As a Sous Chef specializing in Italian cuisine at Hilton Salwa in Doha, you will play a critical role in leading kitchen operations that deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will inspire your culinary team while overseeing the production and service to maintain the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and mentoring to kitchen staff focusing on either Outlets or Banquets.
• Manage daily kitchen activities including production lists, line checks, and ensuring smooth service times.
• Design and launch seasonal menus, promotional dishes, and daily specials to enhance our dining offerings.
• Encourage effective collaboration and communication between Front of House and Back of House teams to guarantee seamless operations.
• Support administrative functions such as inventory control, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to protect guests and team members.
