Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children continuously to ensure their safety.
• Create and implement engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental stages.
• Plan special events including kids’ birthday celebrations and seasonal occasions like Easter and Christmas.
• Manage inventory of children’s toys and games.
• Collaborate within the team, sharing pertinent information regarding the kids club.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Participate actively in weekly staff meetings.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within the kids club environment.
• Ensure all toys and equipment are safe and clean.
• Build rapport with guests and residents to foster positive customer relations.
• Perform additional duties as required by hotel needs.
• Be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of treatment areas.
• Oversee all children's activities associated with the kids club.
• Plan and deliver daily safe, fun, and educational programs for children aged 5 to 12.
• Prepare the Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) facility each day to accommodate a minimum of five children.
• Adjust plans flexibly in response to scheduling changes, weather, or attendance fluctuations with prepared alternatives.
• Coordinate food orders from In Villa Dining for guests as requested, supporting the service process.
• Engage with guests by answering questions about resort services and amenities.
• Provide facility orientation for KFAS and when available, the Spa and Wellness Center.
• Encourage and promote guest excursions, tailoring offerings to individual guest preferences.
• Support other roles such as Wellness Agent, Kids Club, or Fitness Attendant as needed.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a related position.
• Experience preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
