Job description
About Charlotte Tilbury Beauty
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty was launched in 2013 by British makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury MBE. Since then, the brand has transformed the way people shop for and use makeup by offering products that are simple to use, easy to select, and ideal for gifting. Over the past decade, the company has grown rapidly and become one of the most recognised names in beauty, with a presence in 50 markets and a global team of more than 2,300 people.
The business continues to expand through strong market growth, innovative retail execution, new product launches and technology-led thinking. Its culture is built around embracing challenges, thinking differently, succeeding together and creating magic at scale.
About the Role
The company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Manager to support Southern Europe marketing activity, with a focus on Italy. This role sits at the centre of campaign activation and regional brand marketing, helping shape disruptive plans with major retail partners while supporting wider business goals.
You will work closely with EMEA and global teams, bringing energy, creativity and a strong bias for action. The position calls for someone who can build compelling plans, support execution across channels, and help create memorable brand experiences in market.
Key Responsibilities
You will help deliver integrated marketing campaigns across the region, coordinating with Commercial, Retail, Digital, Education, PRO Artistry, Global Marketing, NPD teams and external partners to execute 360-degree campaigns, launches and events. The role includes developing launch ideas, supporting content planning and briefs, preparing digital and print artwork briefs, leading in-store events, identifying ways to improve engagement and conversion, managing launch communications, coordinating sampling and merchandising allocation, and reviewing campaign performance after activation.
You will also contribute to digital-first brand activity by bringing fresh thinking and strong digital standards to the region. A key part of the role is to build brand awareness, create distinctive moments for customers, challenge standard approaches by identifying best practices, and look for ways to increase share of voice and brand ranking while improving omnichannel customer experience.
In trade marketing, you will support the planning and delivery of tailored retailer marketing plans across the market, working with commercial NAMs and retail partners to secure strong marketing support with excellent attention to detail.
You will help manage the regional and retailer marketing calendar, using the full marketing mix to support new product development launches and the continued growth of core franchises.
Budget planning and purchase order raising will also form part of the role, carried out with close attention to detail and in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
In addition, you will help establish clear working processes within the EU team, support strong cross-functional and regional collaboration, and drive planning, approvals and follow-through on key projects to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.
The role also requires a forward-thinking mindset, with a strong expectation to contribute bold ideas, creative solutions and energetic leadership.
Reporting Line
This position reports to the Marketing Manager, Southern Europe.
About You
You should bring prior experience in a Marketing Executive or Assistant Marketing Manager role, or a similar position. Experience in developing and delivering strategic plans with a creative approach is important, as is a background in trade marketing and working with large retail chains.
You will need to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines reliably, and prioritise work effectively. A flexible, positive and professional attitude is essential, along with strong organisational ability, a sharp eye for detail, and experience handling multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills are required, including confidence in presentations and the ability to influence others clearly and effectively. You must also have excellent written and spoken English, plus fluency in Italian.
A genuine interest in the beauty industry, along with curiosity, energy and passion, will help you succeed in this fast-moving environment.
