Role Responsibilities

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of HR records, HR information system data, and workforce planning tools to support strategic workforce management and astute decision-making.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for positions up to middle management (grades 10–7), including candidate screening, conducting interviews, and finalizing selections to hire top talent.
• Oversee colleague welfare initiatives involving accommodation logistics, management of clinic services, and employee engagement programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction.
• Support positive employee relations by facilitating exit interviews, offering coaching and counseling services, and assisting leadership with investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
• Coordinate with government bodies to handle employment-related documentation, licenses, permits, and regulatory matters promptly and accurately.
• Manage colleague services and facilities such as cafeteria and HR team operations, ensuring superior service standards, continuous enhancement, and staff development.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resource Management or an equivalent certification is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a closely related discipline is favored.
• At least five years of proven experience in a comparable human resources role.
• Thorough understanding of HR operations, recruitment protocols, and employee relations best practices.
• Exceptional communication capabilities, strong organizational aptitude, and effective stakeholder relationship management skills.
