About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is hiring a seasoned cybersecurity professional to take charge of threat management activities. This leadership position focuses on identifying, analyzing, and reducing cyber risks so that the company’s key data, systems, and infrastructure remain protected.
The role also involves shaping and running advanced threat intelligence efforts and incident response practices, while working closely with multiple teams to maintain a strong, proactive security environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the organization’s threat management function, covering intelligence gathering, analysis, and sharing.
- Lead incident detection and response operations to ensure security events are handled quickly and effectively.
- Create and roll out advanced threat hunting and mitigation approaches aligned with business risks.
- Work with internal and external partners to strengthen intelligence exchange and coordination.
- Supervise and coach the threat management team, supporting learning and knowledge transfer.
- Build and deliver threat reports and risk evaluations for senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Track new threats, techniques, and security technologies, and feed that insight into ongoing processes.
- Maintain adherence to applicable cybersecurity standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity threat management, incident response, or similar areas.
- Strong command of threat intelligence models, security operations, and incident response methods.
- Demonstrated capability in leadership and people management.
- Exposure to advanced threat detection platforms and technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CTIA, or GCIH are considered a strong advantage.
