Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a partner company, which will handle all applications and the rest of the hiring process. The employer is seeking a creative, strategically minded marketing professional based in the United States to help build brand stories across digital channels, entertainment collaborations, and audience engagement programs.
The role brings together content strategy, brand partnerships, digital marketing, and entertainment marketing. You will work with internal teams, agencies, creators, and outside partners to develop and deliver engaging campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media. The position is designed for someone who can combine strong marketing judgment, project coordination, and a genuine interest in media, entertainment, and emerging technology.
This is a dynamic environment where innovation, collaboration, and data-driven storytelling are central to the work.
Key accountabilities
- Build and roll out content strategies that advance brand goals across digital, social, website, and paid media channels.
- Oversee planning, content development, approvals, revisions, and publishing to keep messaging consistent and aligned with broader marketing priorities.
- Develop detailed creative briefs that turn business objectives and brand direction into practical content guidance.
- Evaluate creative work, campaign materials, and content outputs, then provide strategic input to improve quality and effectiveness.
- Support branded entertainment work, product integrations, partnership activations, and storytelling initiatives that deepen audience connection.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, creators, and external partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and execution.
- Spot opportunities in entertainment, music, gaming, sports, and culture that fit brand goals and audience interests.
- Track content and program results, use analytics to improve future work, and share insights with leadership.
- Maintain governance, workflows, and content-management practices that support efficient operations and strong brand execution.
- Keep up with shifts in digital marketing, entertainment, and new technologies that can improve content creation and campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, partnerships, entertainment marketing, or a closely related area.
- Hands-on experience coordinating agencies, vendors, and creative partners across multiple media and content channels.
- Solid grasp of content development, audience engagement approaches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare briefs and explain recommendations clearly.
- Experience reviewing performance data and applying insights to refine strategy and improve results.
- Well-developed project management and organization skills, with the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Background in branded entertainment, product placement, creator partnerships, influencer programs, or sponsorships is preferred.
- Exposure to automotive, mobility, technology, consumer lifestyle, or similar industries is an advantage.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-based tools that improve content workflows and marketing efficiency.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment while staying detail-oriented and strategically focused.
Benefits and compensation
The annual base salary is expected to be between $105,600 and $140,700, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. The package also includes performance-based bonus and incentive opportunities, flexible remote or hybrid working, and possible relocation support for eligible candidates.
Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; HSA and FSA options; a retirement savings plan with employer support; life and disability insurance; paid vacation, personal time, and company holidays; tuition assistance and professional development support; employee wellbeing and assistance programs; employee product and service discounts; and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative and innovative organization.
