Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager is tasked with planning, implementing, and enhancing digital marketing strategies and social media initiatives to boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive online growth. This involves developing consistent, captivating, and data-driven content tailored for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain content calendars to schedule posts effectively across social media platforms.
- Create engaging copy and coordinate multimedia content ensuring alignment with brand identity and communication goals.
- Monitor social channels, interact with the audience by responding to comments and messages while preserving a uniform brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics like engagement, impressions, reach, conversions, and follower growth to assess campaign success and refine strategies.
- Support digital marketing efforts such as social media advertising, email campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Conduct competitor and market trend research as well as audience analysis to sharpen targeting and content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales, and marketing to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and enhancements to the digital presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media channels, content strategy, and online engagement techniques.
