This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partnering company seeking an Email Marketing Specialist located in the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities

  • Create, execute, and refine omnichannel CRM marketing strategies across mediums such as Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App messages, On-site messaging, and additional customer engagement platforms.
  • Design and sustain customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and trigger-based automated messaging workflows.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to deliver scalable, tailored customer experiences.
  • Perform audience segmentation, set up automation rules, and enhance campaign performance through data-driven methods.
  • Prepare content needs for campaigns, develop email templates, and ensure adaptability across various channels and devices.
  • Track and evaluate CRM metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, retention, lifetime value, and message deliverability.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign outcomes using insight-driven experimentation.
  • Enhance sender reputation, improve deliverability processes, and maintain healthy subscriber databases.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams to implement efficient customer communication solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting systems, and adhere to CRM marketing best practices.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven hands-on expertise with direct communication channels including Email, SMS, Web Push, On-site, and In-App notifications.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM automation platforms such as Customer.io, Smartico, Fast Track, Braze, Iterable, or equivalents.
  • Experience in building lifecycle marketing campaigns, trigger-based scenarios, mass campaigns, segmentation tactics, and personalized communication pathways.
  • Thorough knowledge of email marketing concepts, including campaign optimization, dynamic content creation, and email template handling.
  • Familiarity with design and email production software such as Figma and Stripo.
  • Understanding of email development technologies including HTML/CSS, MJML, and AMP for Email.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability components like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and managing sender reputation.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience measuring campaign success via metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, deliverability, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience in iGaming, customer retention, or managing high-volume digital products is advantageous.
  • Experience with Smartico or Fast Track platforms is considered beneficial.
