Role overview
Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is looking for a guest-oriented Front Office professional to support the Director of Front Office in managing the department and maintaining exceptional service standards. The position calls for someone who can lead with confidence, handle guest needs with care, and help deliver a smooth and memorable stay experience.
Key duties
- Supervise Front Office team members so guests are greeted quickly, warmly, and with personal attention.
- Coordinate with other departments, especially Housekeeping, on all Front Office-related matters that affect their work.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships across the team.
- Support the Director of Front Office with employee matters, including performance reviews and consultations.
- Prepare statistical, performance, and forecast reports when required to support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and management marketing insights.
- Track department expenses continuously to help keep results aligned with the approved budget.
Education, experience, and skills
Applicants should hold a degree in hospitality and bring at least 3 years of prior Front Office experience in a hotel setting. Strong written and spoken English is essential, along with a polished personal appearance and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with upselling, revenue growth techniques, computer applications, and Opera is highly advantageous.
