Speciality Outlet Manager - Hamilton's Gastropub

Role Overview

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is looking for a driven and energetic Food & Beverage professional to lead the day-to-day and longer-term operation of a specialty outlet. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining strong service quality, and supporting financial performance targets while coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan staffing schedules based on forecasted business levels and the approved manpower guide so the outlet is properly covered at all times.
• Run regular training sessions for the team in accordance with departmental SOPs.
• Review team performance and support internal growth opportunities, including promotions and development.
• Ensure the outlet is prepared on time for service, with setup aligned to meal periods and operating hours.
• Oversee guest استقبال, welcome, and seating support together with the Hostess.
• Build and maintain a cordial, professional relationship with outlet guests.
• Keep an updated database of repeat and regular customers.
• Regularly inspect the outlet and surrounding areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Take an active part in promotional and marketing activities for the outlet.

Education, Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate should hold a college or university degree and bring at least two years of experience in a comparable position, ideally gained previously in the Middle East. Strong computer literacy, clear communication abilities, and excellent spoken and written English are essential.

This position suits a practical, hands-on hospitality leader with a solid background in food and beverage operations, a strong focus on quality, and the enthusiasm to deliver exceptional service to both guests and colleagues.
