Job Overview
Join Emerson as an Assistant / Deputy Manager in Finance based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves leading audits, financial reporting, tax compliances, and fiscal management while working onsite in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage statutory audits including KPMG, ITC and IFC audits, tax and transfer pricing audits, income tax return filings, and GST audits.
- Compile monthly Management Information Systems (MIS), Plan of Record (POR), budgets, and consolidated group financials for reporting and submissions to APHQ.
- Calculate and finalize monthly tax liabilities including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) in compliance with Income Tax and GST regulations.
- Represent the company during assessments before the Commissioner of Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and Customs authorities.
- Advise the finance team on withholding tax rates applicable to domestic and international transactions.
- Ensure adherence to statutory deadlines related to EDPMS, IDPMS, and Companies Act requirements.
- Possess knowledge of expatriate taxation matters concerning assignees.
Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 to 5 years of experience in finance roles.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to finance tasks.
- Good command of English language, both spoken and written.
- Team player capable of working collaboratively.
- Available and willing to work from the office location.
Preferred Credentials
- CA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
