The Assistant Brand Manager position is crucial to accelerating business growth, especially as Liquid I.V., a disruptive functional hydration brand, continues to expand in the UK market since its launch in March 2024. This role aims to promote vitality for both people and the planet through innovation, ownership, and a pioneering attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and flawless execution of marketing innovations and campaigns tailored to the UK market.
- Lead cross-functional projects to meet growth and profitability goals while managing stakeholder expectations carefully.
- Analyze the category, competition, and consumer insights to shape strategy and tactics.
- Oversee marketing budgets to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets.
- Create compelling brand presentations and innovation reviews for internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with agencies to design bold and disruptive integrated media and point-of-sale plans to enhance brand visibility both online and offline.
- Leverage data analytics to experiment, refine approaches, and enhance brand performance.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses relevant marketing experience, ideally within the consumer packaged goods sector.
- Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of digital and social media marketing.
- Exhibits a thorough knowledge of retail environments and effective project management skills.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing agency/media relationships.
- Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing, sometimes ambiguous environments.
