Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales endeavors across Australia within the fast-paced medical aesthetics sector. This role is ideal for a professional enthusiastic about capital equipment sales ready to influence a growing market. The position requires residing in New South Wales and offers the chance to join a highly competitive environment with rewards reflecting success.
Key Duties
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand Sciton's presence in the market.
- Engage prospective clients, conduct persuasive product demonstrations, and close sales transactions confidently.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including plastic surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent post-sale support and swift issue resolution.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and client feedback to aid continuous enhancements in partnership with Field Service and corporate departments.
- Proactive territory management to discover new opportunities and support growth in existing accounts.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in capital equipment sales, preferably within medical or aesthetic domains.
- Experience in ROI-based selling techniques, capable of articulating product value clearly across diverse audiences.
- Strong client-centric approach with a record of developing durable customer relationships.
- Recognition such as President’s Club membership or Rookie of the Year indicating exceptional sales performance.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region and manage a demanding schedule effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar discipline preferred, with consideration for equivalent top-level sales experience at national or international scales.
- Highly valued are candidates with prior experience in professional sports or other competitive, high-achievement environments.
Compensation and Benefits
