Architect (m/f/d) for Tendering and Construction Management LPH 6-8

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Architect to lead tendering and construction management phases (LPH 6-8) for medium-scale public sector building projects at our Kulmbach office. This role entails comprehensive management responsibilities from project supervision to financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction work on medium-sized public projects ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage the project team, including personnel responsibilities.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and systematically track and resolve defects.
• Plan and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review billing, assess additional claims, and negotiate as required.
• Oversee budget control and cost tracking throughout project execution.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to align project goals and deliverables.
• Independently prepare tender documents and manage bidding processes.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in architecture.
• Solid expertise in service phases 1 through 7.
• Proficiency in tendering software, preferably ORCA, and strong MS Office skills.
• Organized, methodical, and self-directed working style.
• Reliability, resilience, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Fluent German speaking and writing skills.
