Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Architect to lead tendering and construction management phases (LPH 6-8) for medium-scale public sector building projects at our Kulmbach office. This role entails comprehensive management responsibilities from project supervision to financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction work on medium-sized public projects ensuring quality and compliance.
- Manage the project team, including personnel responsibilities.
- Implement quality assurance procedures and systematically track and resolve defects.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Review billing, assess additional claims, and negotiate as required.
- Oversee budget control and cost tracking throughout project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to align project goals and deliverables.
- Independently prepare tender documents and manage bidding processes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in architecture.
- Solid expertise in service phases 1 through 7.
- Proficiency in tendering software, preferably ORCA, and strong MS Office skills.
- Organized, methodical, and self-directed working style.
- Reliability, resilience, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Fluent German speaking and writing skills.
