Candidate Profile

• Possess at least 6-8 years of professional experience covering all project phases
• Demonstrate independent and responsible working style

• Exhibit effective time and goal management capabilities
• Have strong teamwork and communication skills, ideally with leadership experience
• Apply conceptual thinking and solution-oriented approaches to work
• Maintain excellent knowledge of VOB, BayBO, and similar regulations
• Proficient in CAD, AVA, and MS Office software tools
• Fluent German communication skills, both written and spoken
