Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Team & Operations Manager for our Club Media & Content department based in Munich. This part-time position involves overseeing key administrative and operational responsibilities to support the department's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general administrative and organizational tasks for the Club Media & Content department and serve as the primary contact for team members regarding daily operations.
  • Handle and administrate digital access credentials and tools.
  • Maintain documentation such as duty rosters, guidelines, employee lists, onboarding materials, and departmental file systems.
  • Coordinate and manage department supplies and equipment procurement, including production and IT gear as well as office supplies.
  • Assist with personnel-related activities including preparing preliminary payroll inputs and organizing internship requests.
  • Support the department head with daily operational activities such as scheduling, credit card expense reconciliation, and travel planning.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship in fields like office management, industrial, event, or media-related qualifications, or equivalent credentials.
  • Between one to three years' experience in team coordination, office management, or administrative roles—preferably within media or sports industries.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • A keen interest in digital media and content, coupled with enthusiasm for football and the FC Bayern brand.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and dependable work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written; English language skills are advantageous.
