Job description
Overview
We are seeking experienced architects for our office located in Hof/Saale to engage in diverse national and international architectural projects. The scope covers supermarkets, industrial, administrative, and residential buildings across regions including Asia, America, and Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and designing architectural projects on a national and international scale.
- Developing integration sketches and preliminary planning documentation.
- Creating development plans and preparing building applications.
- Producing execution, detailed, and construction drawings.
- Generating 3D animations and perspective visualizations.
- Preparing presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinating closely with clients, specialized planners, and other project participants.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in architecture.
- Preferably around three years of project planning experience.
- Passion for design and creative development.
- High aesthetic and design standards.
- Proficient with BIM methodologies, ideally experienced with Allplan software.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications.
- Excellent German communication skills in both written and spoken forms, with good English language abilities preferred.
- Displays independence, initiative, and systemic thinking.
