Job Responsibilities
- Engage with payers to check the status of healthcare claims.
- Analyze denial reasons and implement appropriate resolution strategies.
- Ensure claims are followed up promptly to prevent write-offs.
- Utilize billing scrubbers effectively to identify and edit claim details.
- Handle contractual adjustments and manage write-off projects efficiently.
- Maintain strong cash collection and resolution rates through effective claim follow-up.
- Exhibit strong calling, probing, and understanding of claim denials.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 months to 1 year and 6 months experience in AR calling, specifically in denial management.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate positively with team members and supervisors.
- B.E./B.Tech candidates must have at least one year of experience in the RCM industry; otherwise, they will not be considered.
- Available to work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM.
