Role Overview
We seek resourceful professionals to join our Financial Research team based in Bengaluru. This team collaborates closely with front office units to deliver detailed and high-quality investment research support for our firm’s global proprietary trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed fundamental credit assessments of corporate bond issuers across multiple geographies.
- Work with front office desks to support primary and secondary market activities.
- Compile comprehensive business summaries that include financial and operational highlights and key developments.
- Analyze corporate creditworthiness and prepare concise notes from virtual roadshows, summarizing industry, company, and financial specifics.
- Assist in interpreting credit documents, such as collateral agreements, guarantee frameworks, and maturity conditions.
- Engage in ad hoc projects like developing short capitalization tables, seniority analyses, and relative value assessments.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or equivalent certifications such as CFA or CA.
- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis.
- Strong foundational skills in fundamental corporate credit evaluation.
- Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, with an emphasis on accuracy and detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with investment-grade or high-yield credit instruments.
- Exposure to analyzing corporate credit for US or European borrowers.
