Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Financial Research team in Hyderabad, supporting global proprietary trading strategies with high-quality analytical and operational input. The role focuses on comprehensive tracking and analysis of IPOs and secondary market offerings globally, benchmarking operational metrics, and facilitating smooth downstream processes through collaboration with trading and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming capital market issues including IPOs and follow-on offerings across companies and subsectors worldwide.
- Analyze and summarize primary market activities and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Support critical business workflows leveraging data analysis under stringent deadlines.
- Collaborate with technology teams to analyze large datasets, produce ad hoc reports, and identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency and scalability.
Candidate Profile
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance or a related field with 1 to 2.5 years of relevant experience in financial research, capital markets, or allied analytical areas.
- Strong grasp of capital markets and financial market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical aptitude and quick adaptability to evolving environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as advanced Microsoft Excel, Python, or PowerBI.
