About the Role and Responsibilities
We are partnering with a prominent Private Equity firm specializing in real estate investments seeking to expand their Acquisition and Asset Management team by hiring a motivated Analyst or Senior Analyst. This position offers a comprehensive opportunity for candidates passionate about real estate investing to be involved in the complete deal process across all real estate asset categories.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential strategic growth prospects.
- Develop comprehensive financial analyses using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS software to assess both new and existing investment opportunities.
- Analyze company financial performance including attribution studies, financial reviews, and building detailed financial models.
- Compile and design research materials for the Investment Committee presentations.
- Manage coordination of transaction execution and closing activities alongside Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
- Create communications for investors such as financial forecasts, periodic reporting, and projections.
- Support acquisition recommendations with robust statistical analyses.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing departments as needed.
- Supervise back-testing processes for investment analytical frameworks and cash flow forecasting models.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least one year of professional experience in valuations, asset management, investment banking, or related private equity or real estate sectors.
- Mandatory minimum of one year working specifically with real estate assets.
- Strong academic background from a reputable institution.
- Experience in real estate asset management or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Advanced technical skills with an emphasis on quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency with ARGUS financial modeling software is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively convey information.
