About the Role
A leading financial services firm with a team of approximately 450 employees is seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Head of HR. This pivotal role demands a highly experienced HR professional with a history of success in dynamic, fast-growing financial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of new HR policies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and vision, driving enhanced team performance.
- Manage the comprehensive employee onboarding process, including conducting background verifications, coordinating orientations, and preparing new hire documents and packages.
- Create and maintain HR procedures covering employee relations and the formulation and implementation of talent management plans to bolster leadership effectiveness through coaching and guidance.
- Disseminate important company news and updates to ensure clear internal communication.
- Organize and administer employee benefits, managing communications, enrollments, and status changes efficiently.
- Drive technological enhancements to support critical business growth initiatives.
- Generate and evaluate detailed reports with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Oversee compliance by diligently maintaining personnel records and files.
- Handle the recruitment lifecycle: posting vacancies on relevant professional platforms, coordinating with candidates and recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, and tracking application progress.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least nine years of experience in human resources or equivalent education and experience combination.
- In-depth understanding of personnel administration concepts and relevant federal and state employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities complemented by attentive listening skills.
- Proficiency from intermediate to advanced levels in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Competence in managing multiple priorities and workloads effectively.
- Adaptability and eagerness to embrace shifting priorities with a positive and proactive approach.
