About the Role

This position acts as a crucial intermediary connecting operational demands and integrated partners with the advancement of iFood's logistics products. The focus is on ensuring transparent priority settings, high-quality execution, and delivering a significant positive impact on the experience of partner restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of logistic products and solutions—from initial planning through launch—ensuring cross-departmental alignment and clear visibility of deliverables.
• Serve as a multidisciplinary liaison among Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Customer Service teams by translating requirements and balancing priorities.
• Analyze performance metrics and indicators to detect anomalies and uncover opportunities for enhancements with a data-driven approach.
• Support resolution of inquiries and challenges raised by partners and internal teams, escalating complex issues when necessary, and verifying proper deployment of functionalities.
• Document insights and lessons learned, assist in developing reference materials, and contribute to the automation of workflows and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience in managing or developing products, projects, or operations with the ability to independently lead initiatives end to end.
• Strong command of KPIs combined with analytical skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Capability to break down complex problems, prioritize them, and clearly communicate subsequent steps to varied stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority, demonstrated by collaborative work with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and partners.
• Curious, self-driven, organized, and results-focused personality comfortable working amid ambiguity and accelerating deliverables in dynamic settings.
• Knowledge of data management, SQL, dashboards, process automation, or artificial intelligence.
