Job description

Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead and implement the regional go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of core products, including significant launches like Passport. The position transforms marketing from a support role into a growth-driving operation focused on new client acquisition, revenue increase and retention, regional execution of global product launches with measurable adoption, and competitive positioning backed by local market insights.

This role reports directly to the global Head of Product Marketing and maintains a matrix reporting line with the regional Commercial Leader, functioning as a strategic connector between Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective regional product launches and monetization at scale. The candidate should be adept at leveraging AI-based platforms, automation, and personalized marketing to maximize client engagement within a globally respected market research organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the regional marketing strategy with measurable ROI linked to commercial goals such as pipeline, revenue, retention, and product adoption.
  • Define clear objectives for marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness continuously to optimize spending by enhancing successful initiatives and discontinuing ineffective ones.
  • Work alongside regional Sales leadership to pinpoint target industries, personas, and propositions where competitive advantage exists and recommend markets and segments for focused campaign efforts.
  • Incorporate sales feedback regularly to recognize pipeline gaps and opportunities and jointly plan priorities to drive new logo acquisition, support sales progress, improve client retention and expansion, and provide targeted messaging and collateral.
  • Use data and product insights to prioritize marketing focus areas, provide constructive feedback on strategy, and assist the Head of Product Marketing during innovative solution launches.
  • Adapt and execute global campaign strategies (such as Passport Reimagined and CG solutions) for regional effectiveness, taking into account local industry and market dynamics.
  • Manage activation across regional channels including digital, events, and public relations while making impactful budgetary decisions to maximize commercial returns.
  • Lead a team of marketing specialists by setting clear priorities aligned with revenue and pipeline targets, holding them accountable for tangible commercial results, and ensuring close alignment with sales teams.
  • Cultivate a performance-driven culture emphasizing ownership, speed, and continuous improvement, balancing global consistency with local adaptation and decision-making.
  • Participate in a global "test and learn" culture by sharing insights and best practices across regions to enhance marketing effectiveness worldwide.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Singapore.
  • Between 5 and 8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Highly proactive, well-organized, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence in collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • A strong passion for product marketing and innovation.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Highly numerate and articulate, with excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

Benefits

  • Work within a globally diverse and culturally rich environment with 16 worldwide offices fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Inclusion and respect throughout the application and employment process, with accommodations available if needed.
  • A culture that values high performance and recognition, fostering a fulfilling work environment.
  • Comprehensive benefits including competitive salary packages, enhanced healthcare, pension schemes, generous leave policy, and flexible core working hours.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives offering volunteering opportunities and charity donation programs to support social and environmental impact.
  • Strong focus on professional growth with career development paths and opportunities to adapt to an evolving industry landscape.
  • Equal employment opportunity regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or other non-merit factors.
