BetterInvest is launching a new content stream focused on AI-generated media. The aim is to develop original short-form pieces, including microdramas and polished social videos for Instagram and YouTube.

The team is looking for an AI Video Creator who can turn ideas into compelling visuals. This position suits someone with a refined sense of aesthetics, advanced prompting ability, and the discipline to keep characters, lighting, visual style, and scene flow consistent across multiple outputs.

What you will do

• Generate cinematic-quality visuals using AI-based creative tools.
• Create AI-produced videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other short-form formats.
• Develop microdramas, character-focused videos, concept-led pieces, and social media assets.
• Preserve consistency in characters, lighting, mood, and overall visual continuity.
• Iterate on outputs repeatedly until they meet production-level standards.
• Work inside structured creative processes and deliver content quickly.

What makes you a strong fit

The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable with AI image and video generation tools, and should bring a sharp eye for framing, composition, atmosphere, and emotional expression. Success in this role also depends on the ability to keep visuals coherent across scenes and across different videos.
