Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Product Designer based in Australia through a partner company managing all applications and proceedings. This exciting position enables you to innovate product design by merging creativity, cutting-edge technology, and artificial intelligence to produce next-generation digital experiences.

Key Duties

• Convert product and growth concepts into interactive, functional digital prototypes.
• Utilize AI-centered design tools like Figma Make and Claude Design to rapidly create prototypes.
• Design user interfaces, experiences, animations, and basic front-end components tailored to project requirements.
• Translate product needs into wireframes, clickable prototypes, and refined design outcomes.
• Produce visual materials, including graphics, videos, and content assets to enrich user experiences.
• Leverage AI to speed design workflows, test innovative methods, and enhance iteration cycles.
• Work collaboratively with growth teams and cross-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver multi-product initiatives.
• Remain abreast of AI advancements to integrate novel techniques in design processes.
• Effectively communicate design rationales and actively contribute to strategy and execution improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated background in product design, UX/UI, or similar digital product development roles.
• Competence in transitioning design ideas into functional prototypes via coding or AI-augmented development tools.
• Experience crafting animations and interactive experiences through code.
• Strong ability to interpret business and product specifications into wireframes and prototypes.
• Capability to create supportive multimedia content and visual elements aligned with product objectives.
• Daily familiarity with AI-based tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, achieving superior quality outputs.
• Eager to explore and experiment with emerging AI-driven tools, workflows, and technologies.
• A portfolio showcasing projects developed or enhanced predominantly through AI-powered methodologies.
• Innovative mindset coupled with robust problem-solving abilities capable of thriving autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Experience launching personal or side projects from ideation through delivery is advantageous.
